Community Empowerment Program

The goal of the Community Empowerment Program (CEP) is to strengthen and heal our community with the right balance of caring, compassion and empowerment.

The CEP’s focus is empowerment and self-sufficiency through personal growth and financial independence. Community Resource Coordinators work individually with members of the community to assist them in attaining employment and other services that lead to self-sufficiency. CEP also offers individualized case management to the families of students attending Broughal Middle School and Donegan Elementary School. CEP currently offers the following services:

  • Resume Building
  • Employment Search Guidance
  • Navigation of Public Assistance
  • In-School Case Management
