Jennifer Peters

Jen is a Senior Director of Real Estate at St. Luke’s University Health Network, where she is responsible for network real estate asset management, leasing, acquisitions, development, and property management. Prior to joining St. Luke’s in 2014, she was a commercial real estate broker in Philadelphia.

Jen comes from a family with a long military tradition and knew from a young age that she wanted to serve her country. She served four years active duty as a Lieutenant in the United Stated Navy on a guided missile destroyer, completing two deployments in the Middle East and Mediterranean Sea.

She graduated from Holy Cross College with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and University of Pennsylvania with a master’s degree in Public Administration. Additionally, she serves as volunteer mentor for She-Can, a member of the Lower Saucon Township Planning Commission, and a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).

She lives in Bethlehem with her husband and dog, and in her free time she enjoys being outdoors and home renovation projects.
