Susan Stachowski

Susan L. Stachowski is the Community Relations Coordinator at Wind Creek Bethlehem. She was raised in Allentown, Pennsylvania and graduated from Parkland High School as well as LCCC. Susan is dedicated to helping others, keeping operations running smoothly, and going above and beyond to ensure all things are fulfilled and completed. She blends her personal life with her business life, bringing them together to fulfill the needs of others. Susan is proud to be the person others count on to start up a project and see it through, and is delighted to surprise people with the unexpected, helping them grow their projects into so much more.

Susan’s career began as an administrative assistant in manufacturing, hospitals, colleges as well as casinos. She then took a leap to Atlantic City, New Jersey with Sands Casino where she worked in Food & Beverage, Hotel Operations, and the Executive Office. When Sands Casino bid on Bethlehem, she reached out to her Atlantic City colleagues and landed her job here in Bethlehem. Her work has given her the insight into how to start a business, giving her the opportunity to do almost anything. She still chose to work in the Executive Office to make sure everyone had what they needed to get the job done.

Susan’s personal enjoyment comes with long walks, attempting to play the piano, and hanging out with her family. Susan believes that family comes first, being a mentor for her family while giving them the independence to succeed. Susan is a proud mother of 2 grown children who surprise her with all their accomplishments. She has been married for over 37 years and looks forward to many more.
